“A first class performance... should be congratulated on her performance of One Fine Day”
ABOUT ME
Inspired by the teachings of tutor and professional opera singer Alla Ardakov, I carried on my studies at the University of Roehampton, achieving a first class honours degree in Music and Performance. Having won various awards in the Richmond and Kingston Music Festivals in Early Song and Opera, and was twice selected as a finalist in the Richmond Young Musician of the Year, I attended the postgraduate course for classical acting and Musical Theatre at the London Academy of Performing Arts. My roles included “Polly” in the Beggars Opera, “Dido” in Dido and Aeneas, “Polly” from The Boyfriend and “Yum Yum” from the Mikado.
Since graduating I have performed extensively as a solo singer and actress, touring internationally and nationally. I performed as a regular soloist for the Epsom Chamber Choir, and now sing with the award-winning vocal ensemble Chantage in London.
I record solo vocals for library music and commercials for television and radio, and work free lance as a wedding singer for sacred and secular ceremonies and in professional church services on an ad-hoc basis in London and the home counties. I also enjoy recording with Metro Voices for feature film soundtracks such as “The Da Vinci Code” and “Gnomeo & Juliet”. For the past five years, I have devised my own one -woman cabaret act that I can perform in venues across London for public audiences, corporate functions and private parties.
